There are times in our lives when we become aware that we’re not living our best lives. We know we are holding ourselves back from living an abundant, happy and fulfilled life but don’t know what to do about this. Typically one may feel ‘I don’t have the time’, or “my family’s needs are more important than mine” and at the same time feel a sense of regret, sadness or even resentment as life goes by. What tends to hold us back from achieving a sense of fulfilment are our limiting belief systems. Deeply held negative belief systems are subconsciously driving us in the choices or decisions we make on a moment-by-moment basis. Getting to the root of these helps remove the blockages and empowers us to live our best lives.
