Lynne Campbell-Gillies Counselling Psychologist and Life Coach

Support for Adult Individuals &  Couples

Encouraging Awareness, Confidence, Fulfilment, Hope, Choice, Possibility and Peace.

Anxiety Counselling

We are all susceptible to stress and anxiety, but when we start experiencing physical and psychological symptoms such as heart palpitations, digestive disturbances, panic attacks, shortness of breath, feelings of dread, irritability, trouble concentrating, restlessness etc, then it is time to seek help.

Life Coaching

If you wish to:

  • Find more balance in your work and personal life;
  • Deal with challenging relationships;
  • Recover from or manage an illness or personal set back;
  • Simply re-orient yourself from a “stuck” place and feel more empowered

Let’s talk about re-aligning your values and personal aspirations, by setting goals and priorities that help you move forward with increased confidence and purpose.”

Relationship and Couple Counselling

We are all “in relationship!” Relationship issues affect all of us at some time or other: married couples, parent-child(ren), siblings, intimate couples, employee-employer, and so on. Often individuals or couples will describe how their relationships have become disconnected citing poor communication as their problem.

Trauma Counselling

Traumatic experiences shake the foundations of our beliefs about safety, and shatter our assumptions of trust. Each person handles a traumatic experience differently: some may respond immediately, others much later with symptoms such as severe anxiety, depression or numbness.
